Pilates will result in a longer, leaner, more flexible body and focuses on a mind / body connection to increase your body awareness. Through a series of strength and mobility exercises, Pilates builds strength from within, initiating every movement through engaging your deep abdominals and stabilising your torso. The exercises are progressive and safe, concentrating on slow, controlled, flowing movements. The Class: Each class is suitable for all levels, please inform us about any injuries you have. Please bring your own mat as we only have a few to lend out.
